Terms of service

These terms apply when you use makedigitalindia.com or any app that Makedigitalindia ("we", "us") builds and runs for your business. By using them you agree to these terms. If you have a separate written agreement or quotation with us, that document takes priority where it differs from these terms.

What we provide

We build, set up and support software for your business, such as stock, sales, purchase or case management, as described in the quotation we agree with you. We may improve or change features over time; we will not remove something you rely on without telling you first.

Your account

• Your business's administrator decides who gets a login and what each person can do.
• Keep passwords private. You are responsible for what is done through your business's logins.
• Tell us straight away if you think a login has been misused.

Your data

The data you enter belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it. You can ask for an export of your data at any time.

Fair use

Please do not use the service for anything unlawful, try to access another business's data, or attempt to disrupt or overload the system.

Fees and payment

Prices, payment terms and what is included are set out in the quotation we agree with you. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are not refundable for a period already started. We may pause access if payment is overdue, after giving you notice; your data is not deleted because of a pause.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service running at all times, but it depends on third-party providers such as Google Firebase and Cloudflare, and there may be occasional interruptions. Support is available on WhatsApp and email during business hours.

Limits of responsibility

We work carefully, but the software is provided as it is. Please check important figures, such as stock counts before a large order. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total responsibility in any matter is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose.

Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time by telling us. We may end it if these terms are seriously broken, after giving notice where possible. Either way, we will export your data for you on request before it is deleted, as set out in the privacy policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Delhi, after we have first tried to settle it by talking to each other.
